EDUCATION: Dr. Scott completed his undergraduate studies at Florida State University, Tallahassee, Florida, and he received his medical degree from The University of Florida College of Medicine, Gainesville, Florida.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING: Completed a four-year orthopedic residency at Charlotte Memorial Hospital, Charlotte, North Carolina, where he was the Chief Resident in 1981-82. Advance training in neck, back and spine procedures.

PERSONAL: Served five years active duty as a diver in the U.S. Navy, including one tour of duty in Vietnam. Dr. Scott and his wife live in Auburn. He is an avid outdoorsman and particularly enjoys hunting and fishing.
