EDUCATION: Dr. Whatley received his undergraduate degree from Auburn University and his medical degree from the University of Alabama School of Medicine.

ADDITIONAL TRAINING: Completed a multi-phase orthopedic residency at Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana, Hughston Orthopedic Clinic in Columbus, Georgia, and the Rehabilitation Hospital in Rancho Los Amadgo, California.

PERSONAL: Dr. Whatley enjoys hunting, fishing and golf. He and his wife have three children.  Dr. Whatley resides in Opelika.
